Ludington Engagement | Tyler & Katelynn

I just adore Tyler and Katelynn they are some of the sweetest, genuine, and caring people you will ever know. We knew the minute we met them they were going to be a great fit for us! I had the hardest time picking out my favorites for this post! For a couple that has never been photographed before, they pretty much nailed it.

We had such a great time at their engagement session in Ludington last weekend. We had plans to take their photos in Grand Haven, but the weather changed our plans. It was rainy and gray all day and we decided to still proceed regardless of the weather and we are glad that we did.

We met at Sterns park in Ludington hoping to add a little bit more variety to this already beautiful session. We then drove to the state park beach which was the perfect beach setting and had an amazing view of Lake Michigan. Not only was the location beautiful, but I realized that these two are very photogenic! I just loved how Katelynn’s dress was the perfect pop of color. They climbed up sand dunes, stood in picky grass, and sat on the beach of Lake Michigan all for the sake of great portraits!

We love getting to know a couple at their engagement session. It helps to understand their personalities and how they interact with each other. Tyler and Katelynn made our job a walk in the park. They are such an amazing couple and we are honored to capture their love for each other. We are so ecstatic for their wedding at Briar Barns, it’s going to be incredible.
